  : A real oasis in the heart of the city! The staff were really helpful and friendly, helping with all my queries and requests. Breakfast was a great spread and more than what I expected to find.

  : The room was laid out well with enough storage and space for a few nights. The location was great, just beside the Circus Maximus and 10mins walk to the Colosseum. The breakfast was very good with a lovely selection.
  : Not enough sockets for electrical appliances - only one! The pool was not open, it was green/brown water. Apparently it doesn't open until May/June. This was a shame as it was one of the reasons I booked this accommodation. However, it was a great find and would go back.

  : It's in a very nice location, next to the time Colosseum, in a quiet neighborhood close to a bus stop and some restaurants.
  : Both the exterior of the hotel appeared neglected. The room, too, seemed neglected. Some walls were damp, and in other areas, the paint had peeled off. While spacious, the room appeared to have received no recent maintenance. Additionally, our room was located in the garden, and the main entrance was through the balcony door of the bedroom. Overall, for a room priced at over 200+, it definitely wasn't worth it! A renovation is needed.

  : The location of the property was great - close to the centre and walkable. The garden is quiet. Breakfast was ok.
  : The property was really oddly laid out. We had one of the bigger rooms in the main house - the room was big but very poorly laid out and very dark, the design didnt make sense. There was a huge windowless room with a kitchen and TV and a sauna in the room. The heating was on and we couldnt turn it off, making it impossible to sleep. The pool was not open yet. Staff were friendly

  : The vintage mid century vibe. The gentleman at the desk from Nigeria was very accommodating.
  : The lack of cleanliness of the elevator doors. The poor cleanliness of the suite & bathroom.

  : Location was great, very close to the metro, Collosseum. Breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Garden is amazing, I would have liked to enjoy it more but it was not that hot outside :(. What i really appreciated was the fact that even though the heating was closed in general in the hotel, they did help us with putting it on since we asked at the reception(it was around 10 degrees out at night, but a lot of vegetation in the garden and the tile on the floor made the room feel a bit chilly). Staff was great, helped us with whatever we needed. :)
  : I would recommend changing the matress, as in the room we stayed in it was not comfortable at all (i wpuld describe it as having holes in it following other people's body form). Did not like that it didn't have much natural light, but in a beautiful city like Rome it's not like you stay inside much.
