  : Location was perfect, just a few minutes from Rome Termini station.
  : Our room was dirty, after informing the staff, they cleaned it.

  : It had working aircon and a bar fridge. They changed the towels every day and the little soaps- we don't know why- it seemed such a waste for no good reason. Numerous restaurants and cafes nearby.
  : We had to wait in the street for 10-15min to be let into the building at the allocated check-in time as it was all locked up and no-one was there. The room was tiny with not enough space for 2 suitcases- we used the desk as a luggage-rack but then had no bench space whatsoever. The bathroom was tiny with no space to rest your wetpacks- had to balance it on basin and try not to get it wet while brushing teeth, etc. Oh, and the basin had no drain grill, so careful not to drop anything or risk losing it down the pipe. No cups or glasses are provided, nor a kettle or tea/coffee. The aircon overflow dripped into the shower and splashed onto the bathroom floor making it slippery and hazardous. The staff were unhelpful. The "double bed" was 2 single beds (of different sizes) pushed together that kept sliding out of position. No quilt or blankets provided. The neighbours were very noisy at night and we could hear them very clearly through the walls. It appeared to have no smoke detectors, fire alarm or sprinkler system.

  : i was nervous after reading the reviews but this was the the best looking place for our budget and location. This room was above expectations, there was AC, good sized bathroom and shower, lots of toilet paper, a working hair dryer, and an extra mirror.
  : the only problem was there wasnt much space around the bed for two suitcases but we managed as it was only for 2 nights

  : Amazing old building but refurbished and made nice and comfortable, rooms are with TV, air conditioner and fridge and ours was with a bathroom as well.

  : it near the train station and walking distance like 20-30 mins to the tourist places.
  : everything! old, and old A/C not working, staff that doesnt care about the client and just ignores you and dont know how to reach out that they couldnt fix the AC so both nights we were there, they didnt do anything to fix the AC, and they wont reach out or they wont even bother telling you or answering your questions here if you message them. if you complain, they say, I will come, been an hour waiting, nobody comes. worst reception ever Ive encountered! asking for our money for the days we were with no literally AC and its super hot! they offered a fan and took it cause they saud they will fix AC the next day but didnt.

  : Towels had stains (every single one), one day we came and the door was unlocked, they came to cleaned and left the door unlocked. Shower was clogged and the water cover our feet to the ankles.
