  : The location was excellent. Close to all the tourist spots and within walking distance. There was a grocery store around the corner which was ver convenient. The location was within minutes of walking to restaurants and caffs. Fabio was very good to deal with.
  : Although the kitchen was fully stocked some of the appliances were not working. The espresso machine was excellent. We booked for 4 people and they were short on cups and wine glasses. It was perfect if you werent planning on having any meals in the apartment. We had breakfast in every day do the fact that there werent enough outlets to plug in the toaster made it challenging. The iron wasnt working although the host sed it was.

  : Fantastic location close to everything. Enough space for the family with the feeling you are loving the true Italian city lifeFabio was an excellent host, helping us with all our transfer needs
  : Some updates are needed (the dining table is about to fall apart) and not enough power points for all electronics

  : The warm, personal welcome with great advice about what to see and do. Great communication with the owner. The best location, easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and many other significant sites.

  : Noisy ACs makes it very difficult to clear. One of the ACs was leaking condensate on the floor (there was a puddle already on the floor upon checking in).

  : Clean and perfect for our stay. Helpful hosts. Washing machine was put to use / WIFI was good. Great location - very near touristy stuff but still hidden away and not in a busy area at all.
  : Shower was a touch difficult to keep at a good temp - but was fine in the end. The bed was a touch short for a tall person like me - but it was really no big deal.

  : Great location near the Spanish steps. Fabio is very kind and always respond very fast. We had problem with bathroom shower and it was resolved within a day. Note there are 2 toilets but only one shower. One of the bedrooms has no windows
  : Bed has metal frame witch is detached from bed and every time you touche it squeaks . Some isolation from floor will help

  : Air conditioning a challenge to get working. And second floor stairs are actually two flights in USA because of very high ceilings. Also be careful: marble flooring slippery
