  : not safe, extremely dirty district, smell of urine all around the streets. The owner didn't understand I wanted early check in and so we waited for almost 10 hours through night to check in! The room was not preperly cleaned. The door to the guest house was not working properly.

  : This is a self check in property, they do not tell you this other than 1 day before (so you need to check your emails). You also cannot choose to pay at the property (even though this is an option on booking.com) as there is no one at the reception desk, they just charged the card I used to secure the booking without asking or informing me. It is about a 15 minute walk to Termini train station.
  : Mattress is extremely thin and uncomfortable (you can feel all the springs). Shower head is installed incorrectly it is so close to the side wall that you cannot move it and sprays half on the wall. Also, one thing to be aware of if you have wide shoulders or are a bit bigger, you will not fit in the shower as the corner opening doors have a very narrow opening (this can't really be helped in the small bathroom, but my husband could only just squeeze in). There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and overall not very clean. We visited in winter and the room has a radiator and a split system air con. We returned to the accommodation after a day of rain and the bathroom window had not latched properly so the room was very cold. I messaged asking where I could find the AC remote as it was about 5 degrees and we were wet from the rain and the radiator didn't seem to work. I got a reply saying the room was warm when she left (about 2pm earlier that day) and that it was "impossible" that the room was cold. The radiator did not work and they had removed the AC remote so that you could not turn it on. So we had a very cold night. Later on the morning I got a reply from a much more helpful person to say the radiator is controlled by the building and automatically turns off at night, they cannot change this. However the AC remote was hidden in a drawer behind the reception desk we could use if needed. I tried to use this on our 2nd night, however the AC still didn't work. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again.

  : Really horrible place, doesn't look like the photos at all, everything is old, dirty, falling apart. When my son and I arrived at the place, we discovered that the room, especially the bathroom, stinks terribly, there is mold on the walls and the bathroom was not even cleaned after the previous guests, there was stale toothpaste on the sink, and old dirt in the corners. There was even a message on the door asking guests to close the toilet seat to reduce the stench! But this stench is not really coming from the toilet! I called the owner and asked him for another accommodation or room, and he refused everything, saying that if I don't like it there, it's my problem. He refused to come and deal with the problem in any way. I had to pay for another hotel because I couldn't stay in that stench, dirt and mold with my child. Horrible attitude of the hosts and really disgusting place.
