  : The location was good enough, right next to Vatican city. The bathroom was renovated and the apartment was spacious for 5 people
  : The hostess announced to us that we had to pay a 30 euros fee if we would arrived after 8pm and 50 euros after 12pm, something we didn't read in Booking. Also, the hostess was unfriendly and she didnt speak English, only Italian. There wasn' t any toilet paper, we had to buy it. One of the rooms had no lights and the window was broken. The rooms were dirty with dust on the floor and the sheets were stained. The hostess turned off the air condition whenever we were leaving the room and we couldn' t turned on once we would come back. To turn it on we had to send her a message. Last but not least, the last day of our accommodation she sent one random neighbor, who couldnt speak english only spanish, in order to tell us to clean the room before our checkout.

  : It was located near a few restaurants and like a 10 min walk from a metro station. There is a grocery store next door.
  : The check in was supposed to be at 11 and ended up being at almost 2pm.There was no detergent provided so we had to buy our own. The bed mattresses were too soft and that caused back pain (Im supposing this entirely preference)We were only given 1 key for a group of 6 so it forced us to always be together or the person that had the keys to return earlier to be able to let others inside.

  : DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICES I PAID FOR. 1.NO TOILET PAPER AND PIECE OF SOAP. (TOILET PAPER WAS PROVIDED AFTER ASKING, WHILE SOAP WAS RECOMMENDED TO BE BOUGHT) 2. INSTEAD OF A SECOND BED THERE IS AN OLD MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR. 3. ALTHOUGH CONFIRMED A SECOND SEPARATE SLEEPING PLACE, IT WAS NOT PROVIDED. (BED SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES WERE LEFT OUTSIDE THE DOOR ON THE SECOND DAY OF STAY. 4. THE TOILET RING DOES NOT SUIT TO THE TOILET. 5. NOT ALL THE LIGHTING IS IN ORDER. 6. A USED BATH TOWEL WAS LEFT BY THE PREVIOUS GUESTS HANGING NEAR THE WINDOW.
