  : The location next to Rome Termini was great (3 min walk, so very easy to access) and the reception staff were very nice people.
  : I didn’t like a few things - the main one is the AC in the hotel doesn’t work despite advertised on booking.com - so beware as it is a heat wave and I was very uncomfortable. They give you a fan too but it doesn’t do anything when it’s 37C outside

  : The air conditioning didn’t work at all. We had to olen the windows because of that and the noise from outside left us sleepless. Wasn’t that great considering our flight left early in the morning. Hotel was clean, but very old and needed renovation badly.

  : Free breakfast was nice. A variety of meats and cheeses plus a couple pastries. It wasn't a great breakfast but it was nice to grab a small bite before I went out to walk around Rome.
  : The area around the hotel is not very safe late at night. When checking in the reception desk suggested that I not return after dark because there are groups for mugging and pick pocketing that stay around the hotel. This is true because I came home at 1am one night and there was an attempted mugging on me.The shower in the room was very small. I couldn't even bend over in the shower without hitting my head on the door. There were a few insects crawling around the room when I checked in. My biggest issue was that they expect you to hand the room key back to them before leaving the hotel.. Fine there are a lot of pick pocketers and they don't want a thief to gain access to the hotel. BUT when coming back to the hotel there was no security for getting the key back. I just say a room number and they hand the key over. The man at reception had never seen me before and didn't ask any questions when I requested a key.
