  : The location was Ok
  : The room smelled damp, the bathroom smelled like sewage, the air conditioning never worked, and it was hot.The elevator doesn't stop on the second floor. If you have luggage, you'll have to carry it up the stairs.The entrance is confusing because three buildings share the door and there is no clear sign for the Regina Giovana.

  : Location very central to get around and lots of restaurants nearby
  : room very small and nowhere to really sit properly as there is no sofa..only 1 plastic chair and the bed to sit on.Bathroom extremely small such that the toilet is jammed against the wall so have to sit at a slight angle .aircon didn';t work the first night so room was quite warm but was rectified the next day.Checkin is done at another hotel which then need to walk 5-10 mins through the streets with all the suitcases to get to the actual Regina hotel.Elevator to the first floor did not work so required to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the room with suitcase etc

  : The location is fantastic,in a bustling street,close to everything.The room was really good for the price in that location,but we were did have an issue on our second night.In returning to the room after a long day,we were locked out,our key didn't work, another couple returns at same time and also their keys didn't work.It was all very stressful.We eventually got some help from golden tulip hotel, but it has put us off returning, until this issue is resolved and maybe upgrade the door key system.
