  : Furniture was old and not always comfortable. One of the bathrooms was pretty disgusting. We had a lot of difficulties with communication with the owners.

  : The location of this place was outstanding! right around the corner from the Pantheon and eateries all around, walking to everywhere!
  : One of the beds was pretty much springs and the sofa in the living room was very sunken in and not comfortable but we didnt do a lot of lounging. Showers needed a bit of repair but they did the job.

  : This apartment is in a great location with fantastic views over the rooftops of Rome. Within walking distance to most of the main sights, there are lots of restaurants nearby. It contained everything we needed for the 4 of us and there was a grocery store just minutes away to stock up on food/snacks. Claudia was our host and she was so nice and incredibly helpful. Can definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay if visiting Rome.
  : One of the beds was a bit lumpy and bumpy but did the job for the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, everything else was great.

  : Location and facilities in the apartment were excellent, the view from the terrace is fantastic. Very spacious apartment. Would certainly stay there again.

  : - Super location: allowed us to go and see all top attractions by foot (max 30 mins away) - Amazing view from the terrace - Host available throughout the stay - Kitchen equipped with some pots, pans, lots of plates and mugs + coffee maker, toaster, microwave - Quiet location, at least off season, both from the outside and neighbours-wise - Heating worked well - Clean - Nice, classical Italian artwork on the walls: we loved it! - Good wifi - Lift reaching the penultimate floor of the building
  : - On the whole, the flat and the amenities need an update from the wear and tear: leaking shower door, incomplete wine glasses set, sunken couch seat (not sure how one would sleep on it - thankfully we didnt have to), worn out or unstable toilet seats, squeaky furniture, worn out mattresses. On one hand its nothing major and the views/location compensate for it to a degree but more fussy travellers could be disappointed. Given its Rome the price was relatively low but it doesnt justify everything :) - We had a problem with a running toilet that in the end was never fixed. It wasnt very bad as it put one of the three rooms out of use and we were only two but with more travellers, it would be very annoying. The host tried to organise something but in the end no repairs took place.

  : I really liked the air conditioning, it was really useful. Washing machine useful too. Nice views from the balcony...
  : One of the double beds was a bit small for a couple. Not a problem for me because I used the stairs most of the time but, the elevator is quite old and didn't reach the apartament's floor (5th floor I believe).
