  : Nice size, clean, safe. Great location to some happening bars, enotecas, bakeries, cafes. Very close to Termini.
  : It was dark, dim. Our stay was longer than two days. Just didn't enjoy lingering in the apartment. There is a strong mildew smell. The host were very prompt to bring new cleaning items (sponges, cleaning towels) on our first morning, but the smell lingered. Challenge to keep the windows open and have privacy because the apartments from across ours could easily look inside since we were on the first level. Without a doubt it was safe. We wanted the windows open to bring in light and fresh air. We would have liked access to fresh towels and linen, which I asked, but they were not provided even though our stay was more than a week. I can't recall if there was a washer, but doubted things would dry quickly even if there was one due to the enclosure of the apartment.

  : Es hat nach Schimmel gerochen (It smelt like mould, due to the bathroom being a bit mouldy). Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut (the neighbors were quite loud)

  : It is in a pretty good location.
  : Everything except the nice ceilings and location is underwhelming. The pictures are misleading. The smell was quite bad, the floors are awful and it is very humid.

  : The cockroaches, bugs, mould, smelly cupboards, damp, grubby, cleanliness, broken furniture, stained furniture, mouldy/stained walls., shower needs redoing/resealing. At first it wasn't noticeable, however when we raised are concerns with the host, it felt we were being a pain. He never came across symmetric to the situation & when we arranged for someone to inspect the property, nothing was done about it apart from painting over the mould in bathroom & putting in humidifier.... the bugs & cockroaches got worse

  : there was only one toilet paper roll and only one towel each for two nights. also there was no blankets only bed sheets.

  : Safe, secure location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and everything we needed for simple meals.
  : No dining area, cockroaches, beds only had sheets and no blankets available, the dishes smelled like an old dish rag (also, the dish rag was smelly)

  : There is as no breakfast and no coffee. Guest was expected bring their own coffee. New guest does not know when they get in first time. If the guest checks in late evening, guest can not go get cooffe powder or coffee for next morning. This in convenient .
