Disappointing

  : Easy to access from the Termini station
  : A very noisy hotel where the reception and breafast area opens directly onto the corridor leading to the rooms. Each time someone is entering or leaving the hotel, you can hear very well from your room.

  : It is 7 minute walk from the termini station
  : The rooms are kind of the same as the pictures but I never image that the furniture, the bed and the roof are so old! The smell and the atmosphere were very disappointing, the mattress was not confortable at all because it was old. The roof is made from red bricks as the pictures but has holes and you has a felling that spiders or something else are living there. And the mosquitos in the room are wild, I spent the entire night killing them but the cleaning staff leave the window open and at the next night are more mosquitos inside to kill. The breakfast is was good but they leave the window open and the food unattended so there were flies all over the food. No thanks!

  : The two younger reception staff (1 female and 1 male) were welcoming and helpful. Central location.
  : Cleaning staff were shouting to each other down the hallway on my check out day for literally hours. Not how I like to start my day. I guess all other rooms had checked out so perhaps they thought the last guest didnt matter? I checked out before 10am. My bed had clearly been broken and repaired previously but it was so near to breaking again that I didnt want to sit or sleep on the side nearest the only PowerPoint. I also had no hot water on my arrival night but it was repaired within an hour of notifying staff.

  : We liked everything, it was easy , clean and centrally located. The owners were very accommodating.Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.We enjoyed all the restaurants around this accommodation.

  : breakfast that was made was not a pleasant place. not so clean and tidy. So I have not done breakfast there. Some of the staff were not so friendly while asking to keep our luggage during our 2 days trip to Florence. Even thoug i said that they are not responsible for it, just keep it.

  : Very nice and comfortable room - very good breakfast - the building is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, not far from Roma Termini so that you can reach it by foot in 6-7 minutes. The self check-in is easy and well organized.
  : The breakfast room is very small and therefore a bit crowded at times.
