  : Nice area, nice building, easy self check-in, elevator.
  : We ended up checking in much later than we had anticipated, closer to 10:00 pm this past Friday night. They had a self check-in process available from 12:00 noon to 11:30 pm.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the room due to several factors. It was too late at night for us to attempt to get the issues solved at that moment, because we were very tired and had a flight to catch early that next morning. As a result we felt helpless and stuck. This is the 1st time Ive ever had to complain about a B&B or Hotel after years of traveling the world. Ill explain our issues:1. The Bathroom Mold - I dont know any way to sugar coat our feelings, but the bathroom was truly disgusting! Quite possible a bio hazard, no exaggeration. I will assume that the management hasnt seen this room personally for awhile, otherwise, if they have seen it and it meets their standards, then thats even worse! To have a 9.5 Booking Rating was VERY deceiving! When I showed my wife the pictures online that caught my attention positively and why I chose this place, it was interesting that our bathroom was the only one with no photos online. the others looked nice and clean with a fiberglass shower pan instead of tile with grout issues. I have photos and videos of the mold & fungus in the shower, in the grout joints, mold spots on the walls and around the toilet, the safety pull cord in the shower going from white at the top to black mold for the bottom half, the areas where water is leaking out of the shower (also very moldy outside the glass), the slow shower drain, clogged filter on the exhaust fan, and other various issues. I slipped in the slimy shower reaching to open the shower door and got mold on my toes when my foot slid into the glass. I had to re-wash my foot. I felt like I needed to have rubber sandals on in the shower instead of my bare feet! How the cleaning crew can leave that much mold and grout issues without bringing it to someones attention is beyond me.

  : 1) the room very small 2)the quilt is not made of cotton, uncomfortable. No liners.We suspect the quilt not being cleaned for the next guest. 3)the towel is very hard 4)the smell in the room is strong and terrible
