  : Convenient location, good breakfast, clean and neat.
  : There is a general hall where all rooms are placed. Our room have windows on the top of door and wall that are also connected with hall. In the night when the light was on it was very bright in the room as well (the light came through these windows); the walls are thin and the noise came from the main hall. Something that you need to be prepared.

  : The location of Locanderia is excellent as well as Andrew was very kind.
  : Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty. The furniture, the walls...the toilet lid was broken!The apartment is in the underground floor and this is not mentioned in the Booking. In the app it says that it is 70 square meters, while in reality it is no more than 45.Unfortunately the hot water was not enough for 2 people to shower and so some evenings we had to do with cold.Breakfast is not served. There is no buffet. Most of the products were packaged and he simply left us a bag of 2 croissants every day. hey never changed our towels while we stayed 4 nights and while we told him, his answer was that in order to do this, we will have to drop the towels on the floor so they understand that we want other towels!! unacceptable!!The hair dryer turns off every time we use it!!he sponge we use to wash the dishes was very dirty and we had to buy a new one.The city was fantastic and we are disappointed that we stayed in an apartment with such bad conditions.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  : This little apartment had the most comfortable bed i have ever stayed in! Thank you. The shower was lovely but be careful how much of the hot water you use if there is more than two of you. (it was perfect for us) Everything we needed was provided and every day we had fresh bread, croissants, ham & cheese delivered. It worked very well and we had some prosecco as a welcome.
  : The breakfast cannot be delivered before 8.30 however there is plenty of french toast, ham and cheese from the outset if you need to be off early.

  : The toilet kept running and that was a little noisy at night. Apparently it's difficult to get the services of a plumber in Rome in a short time. Definitely not a show stopper.
