  : Central heating was set, which I understand, but we stayed in one afternoon and were cold. However, most of the year in Rome it would have been fine

  : The property was very comfortable and in a great location. Air conditioning was very good and necessary- Rome was very hot!

  : We were a family of 5, 3 kids 9-14 age range. We really enjoyed our stay there. We used it as base to visit the main tourist attractions. Buses, Trams and Metro are all within a radius equivalent of a 10-minute walk.
  : The description said 4 bedrooms but there were only 3 bedrooms. There was no washer/dryer however there is a laundrette a 10-minute walk away, 2 full shopping bags of clothes cost 30 EUR to wash and dry and took 60 minutes. No real hardship. The TV channels were very limited but free wifi more than makes up for that.

  : Marco has been very helpful and thorough from the beginning to the end. The apartment is very well located in the center of Rome. There's everything you can be looking for, just around : ATM, supermarket, restaurants, etc.The flat is very well ordered, neat, clean and functional. With 3 bedrooms + living room, it was spacious enough for our full family.

  : The beds were nice and comfortable. The host was helpful to help us book the private transfer to the apartment and to the train station.
  : We booked a private airport transfer with the host. The driver just dropped us at the roadside beside the building. The host did not appear to guide us to the apartment which was in another building after you walked through the main building entrance. We stood at the main entrance area for quite a while as we could not figure out where to head to the apartmemt. A person staying there even told us off rudely that we should not stand there. I called the number based on the booking info and the number was not working. There was sign on the main building showing luxury white house with the number so we called and the host on the other line kept telling us instructions on how to walk to the apartment but her accent was not easily understood. She also sounded angry and rude on the line. So we had a hard time getting to the apartment. Shouldn't the host wait for us at the place that the driver dropped us? It was really an unpleasant start to our Europe trip. The apartment was inside a very very old building which even had some metal structure to support the entrance. The 2 shower area in the apartment were super small. The size only allowed 1 person to stand inside. For 1 of them, it was so small that your elbow could easily hit the wall. The shower head was fixed and so high up. It was very difficult for a child to bathe with such a high shower head. There was no place in both shower rooms to put our shampoo, bath foam etc. We had to put our shampoo etc on the floor. I had a hard time helping my girl to bathe. It will be challenging for a big sized person to bathe in the tiny shower room. The hangers provided in the wardrobe were so varied and old that I could not help thinking those must be the old hangers from the host's own house. Some of the towels given also had stains. The kettle given had so much white deposits that after we boiled the water and pour into our cup, we could see white particles floating. We told the host and she did change a clean one for us.
