  : could have been cleaner, some things in bathroom & kitchen arent new anymore apartment is on 4th floor - no elevator, street in front of the house very noisy during the night

  : Great apartment in a great location. 3 bedrooms with enough room, TV, airco and dark curtains. Apartment is managed by iFlat, which has its office close by for keeping your luggage before and after check-in. You can contact them via whatsapp.
  : The living room is limited in space. Table and couch do not accommodate 5 people. If you're living outside it's no problem, but keep in mind that you probably won't cook your own meals here if you are with a larger group.

  : Great location. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We were a family group of 7 people so having spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The living area is a bit small as we were using the sofa bed too. The area felt safe both during the day and nightime. No noise could be heard during the day or night. The Colesseum, Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps are all within 20 minutes walking distance. Termini train station is a 10 minute walk. Easy communication with flat and they arranged our transport to and from the airport which arrived exactly on time.
  : We knew in advance there was no elevator but it was extremely hot when we stayed so after long days exploring the city in 40 degree heat we found the stairs a bit of a challenge. As it was so hot we were grateful for the air conditioning but when the air con was on in each room it would knock the power off every 10/15 minutes. If it wasn't as hot when we visited this wouldn't be a problem.

  : Central Rome location, but next door is strip club.
  : Host is extremely rude. Apartment on 6th floor with no elevator or lift. tiny bathrooms with water leaks. no microwave in smallest kitchen. only one towel provided for3 day stay.

  : Amazing location! Near some great restaurants and so close to the Colosseum and walking distance to other major amenities. Metro station right nearby but only a short walk to termini station too! Good sized apartment and has all you'd expect.
  : Beds weren't the most comfortable and not great for anyone who struggles with stairs as it's at the very top of the building up from must be nearly 100 steps, luckily not a major issue for us!

  : Poor comunication with the travel agent - weve waited him too long to give us the keys and he wasnt familiar with the flat at all. The building is very old doesnt have an elevator. Couldve been a little cleaner.
