  : Location was outstanding. Living room was a nice addition to standard hotel rooms.
  : Needs a better boiler. Hot water runs out after 7 minutes of showering. The linens were also a little dingy.

  : The location was fantastic, especially for the Vatican City
  : The bed was horrendous. It was basically a camp bed with a mattress! Also the couches in the living room weren’t much better. We’ve both come home with extremely sore backs!

  : The property is in an excellent location for walking to the well known sights. There are supermarkets and bakeries close by for self catering. Big bathroom, huge shower!
  : Other properties we were staying at recently in Italy were better suited for travellers, so for example there was a small container of milk and tea and coffee to get started with. There were also coffee machines with coffee pods. This place didn’t have anything like this, but maintenance issues were attended to while we were there. It’s not a big deal, but when travelling the small things matter.

  : Location was great and nice and quite.
  : There was missing plates so was difficult if you wanted to eat in. The small kitchen assumes you dine out for all or most meals.

  : Location was perfect and the size of the apartment was so good. The air con was wonderful. Having a kettle for tea drinkers was terrific.
  : The kitchen is small but very adequate for what we needed. A doona / doublet cover would have been good.

  : The location for many of the sites was very good. We had a few issues during our stay but the management was helpful and we were able to resolve all but one.
  : Unfortunately the last two days the toilet did not flush. Since it was a weekend a plumber could not be called until after we checked out on Monday. We were able to manually add water to the toilet to flush it.

  : Nice little appartment in great central location down a quiet street.
  : Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. Appartment got broken into and my lap top got stollen. Not sure how they got in as no sign of broken lock.

  : Location was excellent.Good instructions as to how to enter the apartment late at night.Organised for us to leave our cases with local cleaning office on day of departure (though charged more than the hours we actually used them) - wasn't worth the hassle of mentioning it, as they didn't speak english.
  : We were collecting keys via a code into an office as arriving late. However, at the last minute we were asked to provide ID whilst we were at the airport just about to set off, we were told we could not have the keys if we did not provide it. Obviously booking had been checked at last minute and this was noticed.The taxi we booked through them cost 60 euros however there is a 48 set limit for Rome - we were told this was because there were three of us! Not sure if this is the case. The taxi driver parked out of the car park - possibly avoiding parking charges? This meant we had to walk a fair distance before we could actually get in the car.On arrival at the apartment we found underwear in a drawer and coffee cups put away which were unclean.Bedding was clean and fresh on the bed but none available for additional pillowcases or duvets which we needed as it was cold. Be aware that someone staying in the lounge on the sofa bed has to come through the main bedroom to visit the bathroom.
