  : There was mold in the bathroom and the neighbor was smoking even though the apartment should be a non smoking area. In generally I didn't felt comfortable with the neighbors at all. In the night there were two kids screaming for hours and people up until late at night making noise..

  : The location was ok, and the place was nice as a whole. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : There is a 40 euros late check in fee, which felt like a steal - a self check in box could be easily installed for such situations. The communication with the owner could be improved as well - he was a bit hasty and not very welcoming.

  : To be honest our stay was horrible! Room and bathroom was clean in the very tight way. Kitchen and things there was better to not touch. The landlord was really not much nice, we had no problem at all but to me it comes really exaggerated that he asked us 40 for that that we came after 23:00, because we came in Rome at that time. But the worst thing was the cold in the room. We asked for any kind of heater but landlord did not have any interest to help with it, second day we found in the room another blanket, what means that they entered in our room without asking and we had all our things there. So we slept with 3 blankets, we wore 4 T-shirts to at least try to sleep, but also with all of this things I could not sleep well, I felt cold and my head was freezing, I thing there were around 15 degrees maximum, so not recommended at all!
