  : Everything was disappointing, except the location. They gave us only 2 toilet paper and 2 hand & 2 body towels for 4 nights and 5 days. It means you have to use 1 body towel for 5 days.The other materials are very careless as well as the cleaning of the place. They left us to use a sponge as old as some of the works of art at the museums. The most difficult thing was noise. You can hear the conversation of people on the street even though you don't want to. There is no sunlight and humid smell, so it seems like a basement that they renovate a little. And they introduced me it is like your apartment but it was careless.

  : The person that checked us in when we arrived was pleasant and kind.
  : This unit we stayed in was not like the pictures. It was the ground floor unit, which is very different, I'm assuming, from the other apts that are available through them. It was extremely hard to get any sleep. When the noise from the people slowed down, there were other noises that kept us up all night long. The noise went for the entire night. The first night it was loud banging noises against the outside, after the crowd quieted down, and then our motion light would go off inside as well. This was the unit on the bottom level. It seems to a storefront turned into an apt. The second night it sounded like someone was outside of the window or doors (both) doing some kind of work on the street after the noise from the crowd slowed down. The third nigh we had stopped to buy some earplugs and that did help us out for sure. They also wanted to charge us a late checkin....even though we were literally 5 minutes late because the driver they sent was late to pick us up and we waited at the airport for a while. We had also paid taxes and the fee for an extra night that we did not stay, since I had booked the wrong dates and tried to change them ahead of time. Which I understand, but it would have been nice for them to try and accommodate a little if possible. The bed was pretty small and the shower was hard to get very much warm water. Also, the heater didn't seem to work and so we bundled up with blankets at night. The stay was not comfortable after a long day and wanting to relax and wind down in the evening and to get some sleep and at night. It also didn't feel incredibly safe for myself and my daughter in the alley way in the evening. I think maybe if we had been in an actual apt we would have had a much better experience overall. So I would definitely check and make sure and see which accommodations you are in when booking.

  : Via dellorso 16:Location is excellent! On walking distance to almost all main attractions. Facilities were good and clean. Very helpful staff when checking in, giving some great recommendations about the city. Good value for price.
  : Room is quite bright when the sun rises, so bring a sleeping mask. Sometimes a bit noisy on the streets in the night.
