  : The location was absolutely perfect. Great value for money overall.
  : The bathroom wasnt as clean as we hoped (we didnt use the body wash/ shampoo because they were sticky and had hairs on them) also the bathroom smelled really bad.

  : Location is perfect; room is big and spacious and has AC. Staff was nice and tried to help.
  : Very basic facilities; soap bar while today in most hotel you get shower gel; no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower, no sockets to charge phoned near the bed.

  : The place was neat and cleaned almost every day, making for a great room. The preparation for the accommodation was well-planned, with clear instructions sent out. I was very happy to have stayed here. It offered easy access to public transport. However, the dining options were limited; there were only a few around, and they weren't that great. Raghav

  : The location is great. Our room was just really weird with a 30 foot long hallway leading to the bathroom. It also wasnt very comfortable and I was told upon checkout that my 21 Euro tax had increased to 36. Our room was also very loud from street noise and the check in hours given to me were changed so they had to leave me a key and information instead of someone being there to help. They were very responsive though.

  : This hotel felt very safe and I was not worried about my items being left in the room even though there is no safe in the room. Also, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until we had to leave for the airport. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi. Superb staff.
  : No breakfast but location was excellent. It was difficult to find. We would have never found it on our own since the door and building are not marked. However, communication was excellent with the staff who sent us a video and photo when we could not find it.It would have been nice if water was in the fridge when we arrived. The rooms are on the 2nd floor but it is okay if you dont mind the stairs or the very tiny lift (if you are not claustrophobic). There was a kettle in the room but just tea bags. No coffee or milk. No big deal since the moment you leave the hotel there are cafes everywhere. There were a couple nights that I was woken up by noisy people outside the hotel on the street/alley but I think you will get this most places you stay in the city centre. Bring earplugs. I would stay here again because of the location but it is very basic. The important thing for me was the bed was extremely comfortable (although there was just one pillow for each person) and it was clean.
