  : Property was close to all attractions and services.
  : The keys really need to improve. Its the only thing that lets this property down. Keys broke on our stay although they were replaced we were limited to the house on a few nights as we had no keys to go in and out of the building. If you got the lock changed this would not be an issue as its a lovely place to stay. Also, be prepared to be woken up by delivery vans at 3am /4am but probably to be expected as you are at the heart of the city!

  : Me and my partner recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Del Duca Piazza Navona Guest House in Rome. The location was an absolute dream come true, as we found ourselves within walking distance of all the captivating attractions that Rome has to offer. The vibrant atmosphere surrounding the guest house, with its charming bars and restaurants near Piazza Navona, added a touch of excitement to our evenings. But what truly made our stay memorable was the host, Alessia. Her warm and welcoming nature instantly made me feel at home. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, checking in on me daily to make sure everything was perfect.

  : The location was great, in proximity to everything (monuments, restaurants, grocery store), and the staff was friendly and had a quick response time via text/call if we needed anything. The room was big and comfy.
  : There were about 5 doors/locks, which were extremely hard to open. Took a few minutes to open each door. There is no elevator and the shower was a bit dirty.

  : The location was amazing, really well placed! It is walking distance from all the main attractions in Rome, it has a supermarket next door, it is surrounded by restaurants and it has the most amazing gelato place next door.The host is also incredibly nice and helpful! Cannot recommend the place enough!

  : It was great, and the location was AMAZING, but the one downside is the key system. You are handed 5 keys and they all need to be used in a specific way to open the door, meaning like soft pressure here and jiggle there. But keys aside, this was an amazing stay.

  : The front entry freaked me out , so dingy. The 5 keys was insane. A lot of stairs no elevator. The room looked good but had no real comforts. The air was off and it took about 3 hours to get it comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable as well as the sheet and only 2 hard pillows. No paper towels, no trash bag till last day, etc

  : Quality of 5 keys to get into room not good. No key for safety deposit box. Kettle not working but was replaced when reported. Shower head faulty but once again fixed when reported. Rooms not cleaned and bins not emptied for whole 4 nights. Only 1 bed sheet on bed a blanket would have been more comfortable. WiFi excellent for 2 nights but then went missing after that (wifi hub gone).
