  : That it was in Rome.
  : The place is falling apart. The sofa cushions are disintegrating and covered with a bedsheet. The shower head is rusty and the second shower head is broken and sprays water everywhere. The place wasnt totally clean, dirty walls, fridge, stained mattresses. Uncomfortable pullout beds. The bidet leaks. The kitchen utensils and dishes are mismatched and old. The location is quite loud. The property managers are not responsive and I wouldnt book here again.

  : Only one big plus it is location of this apartment, only for one night standing when you not care where sleep.
  : 1. When you book this apartment in your email come phone number of office but when you come and call like me 7 times nobody not answer and than person who give keyes told that it is not right number and give another...surprise!!!! 2. I booked this apartment month before coming, i travel with kid 8 years old, wrote this and that come in time between 12-13 in site check in time 12, so i choose this hotel becouse wanna check early than 14:00, we was near apartment 12:10, 7 times i called to number wich i had...no answer, than i saw cleaning man in our booked flat speak with he and he told you know check in time 14:00 surprise!!!! why in this site check in from 12???? ok when cleaning man help and call to office they told you not called us and now man who give keys on another flat and when he will free he come)))). He come around 14, so i wrote our arrivel time 2 times for what, if you have check in not from 12 change it on site please! 3. On booking i pay all amount with city tax but when man with keys come he told no you need pay, we waiting after plane more than 1,5 hours so i dont wanna speak many and pay 35 euro plus....i will speak about it with booking.com administration. 4.APARTMENT VERY DIRTY VERY!!!!!! All bed stuff smell like not change after last guests!!! All furniture, walls dirty!!!! For this money you can find normal flat or hotel! We was with kid they forgot this not give bath towel, all was ready only on 2 person!!!!! on kitchen was so dirty sponge for dishes that go to garbage because looks like from it claen all Rome!!!! in bath not fixed hiter, it he could fall in a heated state, burning my moms hands when she try fixed it and its good that it didnt fall on the childs head!!!!! 5. This apartment need repairs VERY MUCH! need change bed clothing! Fresh walls, wash all(curtains are black!) 6. PLEASE TAKE CARE of apartments if you take money for this and if you are HOTEL! 7 in bedroom window open on garbage if you open it very bad smell.

  : Location was awesome. walk distance to many places. close to the bus station. there is a grocery store close to this place that is helpful. separate bedroom.
  : old furniture, not enough toilet paper. power fuse jumped a couple of times when we were cooking. blankets had some stains on them. dryer came off the wall every time we put clothes on it.
