  : location, warm water all the time
  : The apartment was dirty! The sheets were dirty! I hope that the towels were clean (they looked clean, but after the general look of the apartment I dont know what to say). They suppose charged us with 55 for cleaning like the previous visitors. it was too dusty and dirty. Also, I was surprised that they asked us to throw the trash before we leave. So I was wondering why I pay 55 for cleaning which is their work? The bathroom is very small and if you want to have a bath, you mess up everything. Also the bathroom was dirty!! the walls have humidity and they are black the sink is placed on a metal base and it has rusted from the water. In general I was thinking before touch anything. Also, I think that all accommodations in Rome are overpriced The money that I pay comparing with what I get is crazy

  : The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk everywhere within Rome from here and close to public transport links.The beds were very comfortable. It's probably more suited to a couple than a family. Simone was super helpful when I needed him. Great budget stay for the city centre. The shutters on the windows combined with the AC is very effective plus a fan to keep cool.
  : Hot water only lasts for a few minutes, and then you have to give it plenty of time before anyone else uses it. Our room was obviously where the spare towels, etc, were stored for the rest of the building, so we had people at the door wanting to come in to retrieve things during my stay. After this, I felt the need to hide my personal belongings each day before we went out. The cash fee I paid on arrival went up in price from the 84 we were quoted on bookings.com up to 126 at the door because of a mistake on the owner/managers part. The toaster is broken. The general cleaning standard of the apartment was very poor, considering the above 126 paid to staff. It's a very small place, it wouldn't take much to clean it properly (I look after holiday homes for a living so I know.) I expected a small place not a dirty one. No TV.

  : Location was excellent. The centre of the old city is beautiful so it was ideal for exploring.
  : Stairs were alittle hectic and removing your own rubbish wasn't ideal but it was fine..
