  : Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The host and location were both excellent. The city center is just a convenient 10-minute walk away. The metro station is conveniently located just 1 minute away, making it even more accessible for transportation
  : Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the hot water supply.

  : Nothing, a complete disaster everything with these people
  : First, we requested an early check in, but it was denied. We arrived at 3 pm as requested, and we were greeted by an Indian man who knew nothing of Italian and practically did not know English. He didn't know we were going to arrive, much less about our reservation. After more than half an hour waiting without a place to sit and having to wait sitting on the floor, they made me an awful video call where they still didn't know what they were going to do with us. The man in charge opened the room that supposedly belonged to us with the surprise that it was still occupied and with all the belongings of another guest on the bed. The rooms looked tacky, small, damp and with doors that did little or nothing to provide privacy. Finally, we decided to leave the place and look for another accommodation, without receiving any refund or even a message of redress from the unpleasant administration of this place. A total disaster and I do not advise anyone to book in such a grotesque place.

  : The appartment is very nice. The location is great. The owner is very friendly and polite. It is perfect for o few nights stay.
  : The room was great. But the towels need to be changed because they had been used many times. Although in general the room was very clean, the second day they didn't clean it, they just made the bed.

  : Excellent location, just a few steps away from Subway and close by main attractions like Spanish stairs.The room where we stayed has a balcony and it is very spacious for 3-4 people. The bathroom was very clean and looked newly renovated. It does not include breakfast, but it is next to a Deli-Restaurant that you can visit all day with good prices.
  : It is a little bit noisy at night. You can hear everything that is happening on the street, not an option for those who have light sleep.

  : The location was convenient, not too loud of a street. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The towels and linen were clean. It was really nice taking the elevator to get to our floor, most places don't have them.
  : The bathroom could have been more clean. The shower drain got clogged quickly after 2 showers.

  : -The location and accessibility to public transportation is very good. -Being on upper floor - having a lift(although very old) was helpful with heavy luggage.-Staff helped us in checking in and hour or so sooner than the checkin time which was helpful.
  : There were a few things which we did not like about the stay-- The hand wash was not filled up when we arrived and was not even done next day even after messaging.- The Air conditioner has been leaking water at the room door making the entrance slippery.- The window does not have any sheer curtains/curtains so we have to keep them closed most of time due to opposite building overlooking making the room dark all the time.- although detail instructions were provided, but at the start it was quite difficult to find the accommodation
