  : our stay was very good, the place was clean, Giorgio was very helpful and so kind to us, we stayed for 1 week and everyday they gave us clean towels etc. we used the coffee machine everyday and there was Nespresso pods :) thank you for this experience and all for your help and answering all our questions. The bus stops are pretty close to the guest house you can easily access with bus and the metro station is also 3 streets away from the house
  : the only problem was the internet, sometimes it didn't worked that quite well. This is not a dislike but it is a bit far from the center of rome, it is more close the Vatican. so if you have more plans on the center you should definitely check the bus stops and metro stops before

  : Localization really great, right next to Vatican, and quite close to metro Ottaviano. Awesome pizza place on the other side of the road, and supermarket on the corner. The place was clean, supplied with coffee machine and coffee, towels.
  : The manager Giorgio in the beginning was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately during our first night, around midnight, there was incredible loud noise from outside (like fans from cooling devices? Whole window was shaking). We couldnt fall asleep, we had to deafen the noise with TV and sleep with TV on all night. The noise was gone in the morning. I have messaged Giorgio about the issue, he was sympathetic and tried to help us. Next night the noise once again appeared, I try to contact Giorgio again. After my message, Giorgio stopped replying to me at all. The room was called Elena, thus, I definitely dont recommend this room if you want to have a quiet night, awfully loud at night.Giorgio informed me that everyday there is room cleaning, and we should leave towels on the floor. After we lost contact with Giorgio, the room was also not being cleaned, we left towels on the floor as we were told, and we had to take them back from the floor for shower.

  : The house was very clean and comfortable , we were very enjoying our stay here.
  : Only one bathroom for 5 people, but we can handle it.

  : Nice modern clean room, with fresh beds, sheets, pillows and well cleaned in most parts (under the tables and a couple of places were not done)
  : >Building entry is not planned properly. They need a key safe outside to help customers in - they expect you have internet access- which international customers don't! >There was no common area, it's been converted into a room > the host never met us, so if there was any issues it would need to be communicated via message. He didn't mention the room name until asked. > there was no coffee in the room and a coffee machine we couldn't use

  : Nice area, close to the metro and the Vatican. The place was quite clean as well.
  : The extra bed in the living room was not that comfortable. Also the bathroom is a bit tight.

  : The area was quite (we even slept with opened windows) and near the city centre. The room is clean and spacious for a family. The bathroom is renovated with plenty of hot water. Various bus stops nearby to commute. Additional benefit, a super market which is quite close.
  : Since there is a cleaning service, it would be a benefit apart from the towels replacement, to also throw out the trash. It would be also nice to have some small tables for having meals and luggage storage, since the room is quite large.

  : The landlord is a nice guy. The room was spacious and it is located in a good neighborhood close to metro and buses.
  : That would be nice if they have had room service every day.
