  : In case of fire on basment (yes, the room is in the basement) or 1st floor, you would be trapped because windows are iron-barred without key to open it and no possibilities to escape. We also were asked to pay even it was paid on bookings. (I hope it was just a mistake)

  : The bed was pretty big and comfortable and the bathroom had all it needs. There was always some food to grab in the morning, e.g., different cakes, jams, nutella, bread, etc. The staff was really friendly and helped to make the check-in easy.
  : The duvet did not have a regular linen. Instead, it was covered with two simple sheets, one from the bottom and the other one from top, which made it inconvenient. The bed lamps did not work and the roof light was unpleasantly bright at night.

  : The location is good. 10 minutes walk to Ponte Lungo metro and train station. 5 stops to Termini. There's a police station near the building. It's a quite and safe environment. It's a share apartment. One shared kitchen. Three rooms next to each other. Every room has its own bathroom.
  : There are some cakes, milk and toast bread for breakfast. Don't expect a proper breakfast. You can buy some stuff from local market and use the refrigerator.Rooms are located below the entrance. So don't expect the sun light and room was collecting dust because it's in the basement. That's the main complaint for us, because:There was no cleaning for 5 days. I wrote to host that my wife is allergic to dust and kindly asked for cleaning. But the cleaning lady only made the bed and never cleaned the room.

  : Location was okay, 10 minutes walk to Metro station.
  : I didnt like that it wasnt clean. When we arrived there was dust all around the floor, on the shelfs and in the bathroom. Breakfast was honeslty very poor. For money that we paid it wasnt enough. And the fact that we were in the bassement and it wasnt written or posted on booking. The walls are so thin you can hear the people speak that are next to our room.
