  : Nothing like the picture, however decent location
  : For starters it was hot and ac was not running after I told owner the ac in one of our bedrooms was leaking near outlet and can cause fire, they said they sent someone to fix but leakage was worse and when they cleaned and tidy up the room they didnt replace the linens so we didnt have sheets or extra towels. And after I told management, his response was that we were making too much noise and not to bother him again for the issue, mind you we would leave the apt in the morning and return around 11-12 am to just go sleep to a leaking ac and no linens and he had the audacity to tell us we were making noise and not complying to our basic needs telling us to go bother another host . DO yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

  : The apartment is in a great location to access the city. Walking distance from most things and close to taxi stands if you'd prefer to be driven. The apartment is small but works really well and has space where needed. There is a small area with a table to eat a meal (table fits 4 people easily) but no living room (the couch is in the main bedroom) but we didn't need one as we were there to see Rome, not sit in a living room. It's no 5 star hotel (no view and it's simple) but it is clean, comfortable, has great AC for the hot Rome summer, and is the right price for a great location.
  : We had an issue with the hot water but the owner was responsive and moved us to another apartment (identical) which was frustrating to do but appliances break, that is life, what was more important is that they responded and fixed the issue for us.

  : They took us out earlier than the time we agreed We asked for a late check out but they sent us out half an hour earlier than the one we discussed
