  : Communication with the property manager was excellent, all questions were responded to quickly. There were exterior renovations being carried out on the building - but the property manager informed us of it well before we arrived, so as to have no surprises. There flat was equipped with everything we needed, was clean when we got there, all instructions provided in advance. Recommended, and appreciated.
  : Everything that was under the property manager's control was well taken care of - no complaints.

  : Perfect location
  : Extremely dirty and bad-smelling house. The bed sheets and blankets were ridiculously dirty, the floor was poorly cleaned (just to fake it up), the bathroom and the shower in particular, were full of small insects and not well cleaned. The price was rather high (180 euros per night), however, despite this we were aware of the high cost in Rome, so we did not expect a super luxury place but at least something clean, was the only aspect we cared about, but clearly not achieved. Due to the outside works, the windows should be kept closed, so the humidity inside the place was rather bad. The wardrobe was so bad smelling that we never dares to use it.

  : There was nothing provided. Tea, coffee, milk etc when you are travelling by train you cant cart food around so when you arrive somewhere you just want to sit down for a cup of tea or coffee.Quite a long walk from bus,

  : This apartment is perfectly situated just near the river and the bridges across so you are within good walking distance from pretty much everywhere. The Vatican was about a 20 minute walk, Trevi Fountain 20 mins and Colosseum approx 25mins, but we also mastered the local buses and that was a cheap and easy way to get around too if your legs get tired. The beauty of this apartment, and could be easily missed, is you are within a minutes walk to Trastevere district itself which is just lovely. Cobbled streets lead you to lovely bars and restaurants and a great vibe so you get the best of both worlds staying here and there is also a caf right at the end of the street for breakfast and a lovely local restaurant too. Now to the apartment. Lovely comfy Queen bed, memory foam master bed which was so comfy it was the best nights' sleep I had had in a long time. The sofa bed looked comfy too The sitting room is comfy and the kitchen means you can eat in if you want to, but I doubt you will as Rome was much cheaper than we expected if you eat in the more local places and wine etc was also very reasonable. But having the option is there if wanted. The bathroom is the only older part of this apartment but the shower was good and the bathroom is away from the main living/bedroom so if you are friends staying and want privacy you get it with this apartment. Value for money for this apartment was excellent in our view. There were only two of us and we could not find an apartment for this value, cleanliness and location anywhere else and two hotel rooms would have been much much more. Sara was the perfect host too and all info re getting the key was easy to follow and didn't need meeting up so it meant we could arrive when we wanted to. I would highly recommend this apartment for location, cleanliness, comfort and value for money.
  : An information book in the apartment with info on taxi's to airport, recommended eating places and possibly some info on how to find Trastevere district so people don't miss it would be good and saved me asking the host and taking up her time.

  : The location is great and the place is clean. The bedroom is nice and confortable.
  : The place fits well 2-3 people but for 5 it is really tiny. Bathroom is super narrow. Also there was no soap. Kitchen table needs some repair
