  : The personal was exceptionally kind and helpful. Very nice and super friendly service. They carried all our heavy luggage and we could leave it with them the whole last day after having checked out. We also received wonderful restaurant recommendations and other helpful tips.   : 4 night stay at Roman Nights.This is a bed and breakfast type of arrangement.The set up is unique: reception is on Via Firenze and this is where we first arrived. The doors are locked. We had to buzz in. It took some time for the receptionist to come and usher us to the reception, it does not open automatically. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. After checking in, we were advised that our daily breakfast would be at this location.The entrance to the rooms was on Via Modena, within a commercial use building, which means that youd have to walk around the block for the daily breakfast. Not a big deal but unique.The building courtyard where the rooms were situated is charming with a little fountain. There was no elevator to our rooms but there is a wheelchair lift. Our rooms were on a first floor walk up. Our suitcases were brought up. If you have mobility issues, consider whether the walk up will be feasible.To be clear, there is no lobby or hang out kind of space here. The 3 chairs and TV are by the reception, however, the rest of the rooms are there, cant hang out. This is important to clarify because the room was so tiny and bare. No couch, just bed(s), 2 plastic chairs with a tiny table between them, a small fridge, closet and en suite bathroom. The room was outdated. Do not expect to have anywhere to lounge.Our set up was unfortunate. We were placed in a room with 1 queen and 1 twin bed, which was a trundle, not an actual bed. There was about 1 foot of space between our beds. Thats it. We didnt have space for our suitcases, and had to open them one at a time. Getting around the room with the suitcases and using the washroom was a challenge. We felt cramped. Realistically, these rooms are not meant for more than 2 people. Photos online might be a bit deceptive.The mattresses were hard, thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin. Room had an odd/mildew odour which emanated from the very small (but updated) bathroom.

  : The location was excellent. 10-15 min walk from Rome termini and walking distance to all major sites. It is on a major road via nationale..however check in office around corner on Via Firenze. Staff were friendly and assisted us with our luggage. Although the room was very small, it was adequate for the 2 of us. It was quiet and clean and the neighbourhood was safe. There are many restaurants around and a supermarket close by.
  : Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable and the wi fi didnt work in the building. The renovated room is in an old building so maybe the walls were too thick?..

  : The property was at a very goog location placing near Roma Termini and attractions such as Spanish steps ose Fontana di Trevi etc.It was a calm and very clean property.The cleaning lady cleaned it every day.They welcomed us with a small sweet thing to eat.
  : The wifi was very weak,it almost didnt work at all.

  : Check-in was very easy. The staff was incredibly nice. The room was clean and great for our 2 nigh stay!
  : The bed was very uncomfortable, and the wifi barely worked in our room.
