: The location was excellent and everything was very comfortable. I didnt lack anything, and it was great to have the little kitchen for making some meals.
: The toilet seat needed fixing, but I didnt ask for it to be fixed while I was there, so I cant comment on how quickly it was resolved.

: The location is very good, should you stay for a weekend or few days more, it's a perfect match. It is in a quiet place, but in historical center. You get to all important places just by feet, except of Vatican, there you would need to drive. I've heard no rumores, and slept peacefully. It was easy to collect and submit the keys, although the timing was not perfect for me, so be careful with early morning arrival.
: I would appreciate adjusting the water closet seat) just change it to more appropriate one. Not so much space to store your things. We came up only for a long weekend and had no much things with us. If you plan to take a luggage-maybe you will need a bigger space for that.
