  : The location is definitely the best part. It's really close to the heart of Trastavere, but it's not noisy in the room. The terrace is great. The room was clean.
  : It is more budget than I expected. There is no reception and and it feels a little like a backpackers. That said, the price is really good for the centre of Rome, so I think my expectations were too high to begin with. Fancy hotels cost more. This is a good price for a room in Rome and communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp. Perhaps even more efficient than dealing with a reception.

  : the location is lovely, we absolutely love Trastevere! the building is very quirky and a proper Roman style. The lady I was in touch with (not sure is shes the owner or only an organiser) was accommodating and let us check in at 13.30 instead of 15.00. She got someone around to come and fix the lack of hot water too. The room is very quirky but the bath tab is not easily usable as the tap is not in easy and good working order. the Cleaning lady is lovely and she also gave me an extra shampoo tiny tiny container as when I asked for a little extra shampoo (I have long hair) she said she would give to me although she wasnt allowed
  : No hot water (which in all honesty goy fixed within about 60/90 minutes) but unfortunately I needed to wash myself and hair with freezing cold water as unfortunately we needed to be at a pre wedding party so couldnt wait around. There is absolutely no sound proof so you get constantly woken up by people coming in the flat a night or leaving early in the morning. The lightning is very poor so putting your make up on isnt easy. we had the suite which is the last window on the shared terrace and unfortunately every morning the cleaning lady needed to reach the cleaning products right next to my window which meant moving my shutters and one day she even saw me in my pants just came out of the shower (I Mean bless her she was apologetic but come on this isnt something it should happen at all) We paid 120 per night which is about 130/140 euros per night and it seems a little too much for what you get. 2 poor people have been ringing the bell for 45 minutes until I went to open and they couldnt get access to the room they booked and couldnt get hold of the lady who does the online check in. no water in the fridge on both days we stayed! the room is clean but unfortunately there is some build up dirt in the bathroom that needs a deep clean (please see pics) Behind the bath the floor is all broken and pretty dirty. Anyway overall Im sorry to say this isnt what we were expecting.
