  : I loved the cleanliness, how comfortable it was, and how easy it was to navigate around. We had a pleasant stay and were surprised at the level of quality for the price.
  : I did not like the location. It's very hard to get quick transportation unless you schedule a taxi in advance. We had to ride the bus instead to get into Sorrento. It's very secluded which can be a good thing for those looking to get away from the noise in nearby Sorrento.

  : Very good location and on foot distance to the main sights of the historical centre of Rome. Clean, spacious, comfortable and with very prompt replying staff to all questions. Appreciated free treats when coming - after a tiring flight you feel at home .Recommended for both solo and family travels.
  : Nothing unlikable, just suggestions:- one can use blue light bulbs to give more light to the rooms.- maybe put another or change the TV in the bedroom: this can cover the noise that may come from outside, but also keep guests entertained .

  : Stayed in room 102. This was a comfortable apartment with a huge bedroom, a lounge/kitchen/diner and a large bathroom. Bedroom was great. large bed with wardrobes and 2 standard seats, side table and a smart TV. Room has shutters for the windows so you have the ability to shut out a lot of the city noise. Numa also provide ear plugs if needed - a nice touch. Shower was powerful and over the bath with a good glass shower screen. There is a large sink, huge mirror and plenty of storage space. Be aware that the bath is very slippery so you do need to be careful when using the shower. There were plenty of towels, an extra duvet and flat sheet for the bed or sofa bed. Kitchen has a kettle and a Krups coffee machine and crockery and cutlery for 4 people. There is also an oven and induction hob - which we didn't use due to being out most of the time but also due to not being able to see what you are doing in the kitchen. Access is by keypad entry which gives you access to the building and the room. The entrance area has CCTV coverage so feels secure. Numa were really responsive with queries or issues and responded usually within 2 minutes of a query. There was a small welcome pack of water, juice and a small bottle of wine and there was a small stock of tea, sugar and Krups coffee pods and a couple of toilet rolls. If you are staying for a few days, you will need to buy more toilet rolls and tea/coffee/sugar etc. Location is really central. About 5 minutes from Trevi Fountain and 7 minutes from the forum. There is city noise but that really is to be expected. The room was spotlessly clean with a really powerful air conditioning system that was extremely welcome. There are 2 smart TVs that you can link to a mirror cast to stream any programme.
  : We were unable to find any lights for the corridor on floor one outside our room. We started one day at 6am and it was pitch black as even the lights for the lobby area outide the lift were off. This meant lighting our way by phone torch. Not nearly enough lighting in the lounge/kitchen/ dining area. This is an internal room without windows to the outside and it was so dark that it was near impossible to see anything in the kitchen to safely do anything. We ended up having to move one of the standard lamps in to the kitchen area just to be able to use the kettle and wash up. As a result, we did not use the oven or hob at all. The apartment is a LOT darker than the pictures show. Lounge/kitchen/dining area is an internal room and had 2 standard lamps and 1 picture light. There is only one power socket in the kitchen area meaning you could only use one appliance at a time.

  : Fair/reasonable price for well-located accommodations without full services. Super clean, quick responses to questions, comfortable bed, and great deck for taking a breather away from the Rome chaos. Would recommend. Breakfast at Plebicistos was a fun experience each morning felt like a local!
