  : Nicely located apartment with a small view of the Trevi Fountain from a side window looking down the street. Check in was easy.
  : It is very noisy on the street so you will need to be a deep sleeper.

  : Location was great, a double edged sword as it's great being right near trevi fountain however once you've seen it, you're then stuck combating tourist groups which absolutely block traffic! Easy walking distance to other attractions like colloseum. Was happy staff was able to organise our transfer to airport when we left, except they didnt convey the price we agreed upon so at the airport driver charged me higher amount. Hotel did advise they wouldnt charge me the higher amount..
  : The door lady ground floor needs major attitude check. Refused to speak any english. Rude. Welcoming staff refused to open the door when we arrived as she was busy check ing in a previous couple. She opened the door and told me to wait outside before slamming it in my face. They refused to organise transfer from roma Termini, only do transfers to and from airports, strange. Facilities in room were horrible. Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Mosquitoes everywhere. The shower is made to fit a barbie doll. Impossible to fit in shower,. I invite the reception staff to have a go at getting in the shower as sliding doors dont open enough. Lights were not all working especially on stairs so very dangerous with small kids. Restaurant ground floor would be open till late and everything is heard in apartment. The kitchen sink had a used sponge that had been there from when the trevi fountain was erected. Maybe thats why they refuse to have bright lights in the room so you don't see these things, but luckily my eyesight is top notch! For the price we paid, it was not good... to top it off, the tourist tax is definitely a deterrent and working as i wont be visiting italy ever AGAIN! The WIFI is non existent. It's listed as a feature but it doesnt work. Not even the reception staff was able to charge the city tax as her wifi was non existent. Never again. Upon leaving, the reception staff was able to organise a hotel to airport transfer. We had agreed on a set price and then to our surprise they had decided to charge me a higher amount. I am still waiting for that refund. The attitude of staff is appalling. Very non customer focused.

  : Location was fabulous, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We could see trevi fountain from out of our window, surrounded by lovely restaurants for dinner, it was all fantastic
