  : The neigbourhood was great, check in was also great!
  : The apartment had a terrible smell and not clean enough. The Single bed was very unconfortable. In the kitchen, eventhough was mentioned coffee and tea, there was no coffee to use the Mocca!! Nothing to wash the dishes, at this point, why even leaving dishes in first place. If I didnt plan to cook, I could have gone in a hotel!

  : This was the worst stay I have ever had (and i think I will). Every photo in listing is complete nonsense, because in reality it is like from a horror movie. Sink, shower, toilet - with mold and dirt (my wife got an allergy right away), bed - broken (I have cut my leg and started bleeding), walls - dirty and very scratched, kitchen - dirty dishes, bad smell everywhere in the flat. Every part of the apartment was either broken, dirty, not working, having bad smell or all of the above. We have had to be there for 3 nights, but left the apartment after 1st night (because booking support was "helping" us for 24 hours and only after a night could handle our comoplaint), we received partial payback only, for less than 2 nights (I have no idea why, because the amount which should be paid pach was higher), but booking support dont care about that. Also we lost city tax, they are constantly lying to us that they transfered it back, but we did not receive city tax yet. Worst stay on my life. We are thinking very hard about even suing the host company, after we speak with our lawyer.

  : Pretty good location.
  : We advised our arrival 2 days in advance at 5PM, however when we entered it was a total mess. The staff was still cleaning and we had to leave for 1 extra hour after a day of travelling were we wanted to relax. The toilet is old and really tiny. The kitchen and be good for a longer stay, but otherwise for what the place is it is overpriced.

  : Very unprofessional bnb company. Would not give me information on getting keys and gaining access until the day before arriving, though we asked several times. No one person is responsible; it is a "team" of free lancers. Noisy children playing in hallway late at night; concierge did nothing to control this. Not enough electrical outlets or 3-way adapters in flat. Could not plug in the many lamps around the room and the television at the same time. TV never worked. One said, "Invalid mode," and other "no signal." No instructions left for TV operation. Flat info booklet threatened $25 fee for not washing dishes, but no washing liquid was provided. Bottle was empty.

  : Apartment has horrible smell Air conditioning does not work between midnight and 10am yet Rome is over 37 degrees Microwave did not work. We signalled it but nothing was done Wifi connects but Internet does not work Many lights do not work, making apartment very dark The apartment is listed as having a washing machine. That is not the case. It is a common washing machine, in a toilet.
