  : hotel scent was horrible specially corridors and the rooms while cleaning I believe it was very bad, the breakfast was very limited also

  : Not that much privacy with the reception desk right in the apartment doors. And the vault was not fixed to any surface. The vault was totally loose. That makes no sense to me.

  : There was a cooking smell in the room from the kitchen, could do with more drawer space to store clothes, no toothbrush holder, no proper dining area for breakfast (just tables and chairs in a reception area).

  : The accommodation was even successful and the location is attractive. the rooms are nice, the live photos are a bit worse.
  : The only unpleasant accent was that we paid City tax in cash upon check-in to the man at the reception for 56 euros (2 people for 2 days). The next day we realized that the tax for two people was 7 euros x 4, i.e. 28 euros. We wrote via booking but I received information after 2 days, only when the room was handed over, that they had a message but did not have time to respond. and that you claim that you cashed in 28 euros - we asked for proof of payment, but unfortunately our friend forgot to write it down and no one has it. even though it's a small amount, it's about principles. today it may be 30 euros, tomorrow it may be a laptop or a wallet. Even though there are cameras directed at the reception, no one checked it for 3 days and neither apologized nor informed us.
