  : I booked in hotel 8:30pm and host called 9 clock that you cant check in because there is no one to check in and because I am late. But why would they take the booking and the. Refuse to check me in just after 9pm. Terrible. And refused to refund money as well

  : There was never any receptionist available at the desk, no enough or proper room facilities , even the kettle for boiling the water had to be shared among three other rooms!! They just took the money without providing the service they promised on the website!!

  : Very good location.Close to the vatican and all amenities are nearby.The host is really helpful.He politely explained us on how to get to the property from the airport and followed up through every process.

  : Not a lot, only good thing about this place was the location.
  : Everything, we didn't actually stay in the White Vatican. We were farmed off to a sister location about 10 min walk away. First room we were give wasn't fit for refugees. Marks on the table, floor was dirty, toilet smelled and room was tiny, barely big enough for a double bed. After complaining we were moved to a slightly larger room, we had 2 children with us 10 year old and 8 months. Floor was cold and dirty so baby could crawl around. Neither of these rooms were advertised on the booking.com website. I believe they over booked and shipped us to a sister apaetment.When you first arrive nothing is obvious, we searched and searched for a reception to the point I called the property manager. If you are going to stay here (do so at your own risk) you need to go through to the courtyard turn left, go into the building and go to the 3rd floor. I wouldn't take all your bags with you as I doubt you'll be staying in the location. I'm quite happy to stay anywhere but even I draw a line at some point. I could rant on further about not being able to find our booking on arrival or the leaking sink or the mould in the bathroom, or the Aircon not working (heating the room up), or iron with a American plug on it or the lack of towels for a family room but I wouldn't. All I'll say is worst place I've ever stayed.
