  : The front desk staff was so delightful and helpful. We had just arrived from a very stressful international flying experience and the front desk was so kind listening to our tired selves vent. Also, the chicken and pizza place that delivers to the hotel was handy as my eSim wasn’t working and getting an Uber was not working out for me.
  : Property is a bit dated but it was clean and comfy, with a tiny fridge and a microwave.

  : The room was a good size, very clean, and provided nice accommodations. The hotel breakfast, fruit snacks available throughout the day, as well as the fruit filled water was an added treat.
  : The airplane routes had been changed since my last stay and made it extremely difficult to sleep. Planes were landing from midnight to three o'clock in the morning. every 45 minutes.

  : The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle which I only used to get to the airport on my departure day but I am sure they can arrange pick-up if you contact them in advance. However, the phone in the room didn't work in addition to the front desk never answered my call when I tried on my cell phone. If you are a traveler without a relative or transportation and you want to go from the hotel to the city, I would advise you to choose another location that's closer to the city. As you are 20 minutes away from Detroit City and hiring a taxi, a ride-sharing app will be costly, and public is far too long.
  : The room phone didn't work and the staff never answered the phone when calling on my cell phone. Also, there seemed to be no good option to get to Detroit unless you have vehicle; use taxi/ride app; and the public option will take an hour. So not ideal for quickly getting to and from the city.

  : I had an exceptional stay at the hotel near Detroit airport, which far exceeded my expectations. The staff provided outstanding service, ensuring every detail was perfect. The comfortable, well-appointed rooms and convenient location made my visit truly memorable.
  : The only minor downside was the limited selection of TV channels available in the room and the elevator had an unpleasant smell.
