  : The location was exceptional, right on the Puente Nueve, the most sought after location in Ronda. The underground parking isnt cheap at 15 Euros per day, but parking in Ronda is a nightmare so we were very grateful for it. But most of all our host, Marta, was brilliant. She dealt with a couple of most insistent policemen who wanted to move us on while we were unloading outside the building and was just excellent throughout our stay. A delightful lady who gave us recommendations for really good restaurants, dealing immediately with a couple of queries and overall, she couldnt have tried harder to help. But that, Im afraid, is it.
  : Its very poorly equipped and maintained. Yes, almost adequate, as in the bare minimum of poor quality crockery and utensils etc. For example: No teaspoons, some plates and dishes but only one large dinner plate (fortunately we ate out all three days of our stay), none of the cutlery matched, as in odd knives, forks and spoons, a bottle opener that only just worked, doors hanging off cupboards, the sheets didnt fit the bed and no patio furniture. We asked for some but it never arrived, apparently they dont equip the patios until June. The bathroom was clean but a lot of bacteria mould in the shower, quite unsightly. The property will say why didnt you tell us?. Thats not our job. Were on holiday. Its YOUR job to check the property. Weve owned and operated five star holiday lets in Cornwall for over 20 years and this is NOT how you do it. Were not picky people, we just expect a certain minimum standard and these apartments fell well short.

  : Lovely receptionist who went out of her way to greet us, show us the parking garage etc. Great location - room overlooked the new bridge at Ronda. Very central location. Very good facilities but a little maintenance probably required. Excellent parking but reservation required
  : Fridge badly needed defrosting and some doors in kitchen require maintenance but overl all really good.

  : Perfect location, amazing views from the room, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen very very nice receptionist who can speak English well and answered all our questions
  : Bathroom old, need some upgrade. Wish had a better comforter or blanket

  : 15 Euro is s but much for parking for a night considering the garahe space they have and Ronda is not Paris, Hong Kong, New York or London

  : Great location for tourists although although right above McDonalds. Good compact kitchen.
  : Building smells. Apartment 1C shower door broken and shower mould. 2nd bedroom door gets stuck. Coffee machine leaks. Two keys would have been useful for a family of 4. Check in process could be refined. We were told to double park on the main roundabout, unload all of our bags before being let into the underground secure car park only to find out our room wasnt ready and that we should leave our bags unsecured in the reception. So we put everything valuable back in the car while we went to waste time. Had we known the earlier check in time was not really the available check in time, we would have arrived later.
