  : My room was clean, clean, the bed was comfortable.
  : Chose this hotel because of family staying here for a youth soccer tournament. Knowing that this hotel had a block of rooms at a special price for the soccer tournament, cant believe that the POOL was CLOSED!!-, families were told it had not passed inspection-What-??? And it was a hot weekend! Many of the ice machines didnt work. I was told it was only the one on the second floor that did.; one of the doors going to the back parking lot had a sign sorry out of order go round to the front-so somebody propped it open with wood chips. I believe you owe everybody staying there 50% of their money back.

  : Absolutely nothing . Arrived at 705 pm not one person at front desk even called the hotel phone office door was open ask if anyone was there . At 720pm a young girl walks out of thr office . I think she was asleep in.office

When I booked a month ago I ask if there was a pool , we had a softball team that wanted to swim as a group , when we arrive they tell us the pool is broken .if out it's been broken since Oct 2023 . If we would of known we would of booked elsewhere. Feel booking and or the hotel lied . I pd in full a month before our stay and have a receipt saying such . Today they bill me 4 dollars to park in their lot, I'd there is a parking fee it should of been known at booking . Totally disappointed, stayed at alot of Hamptons and use booking all the time . May change how I book in the future

  : Pool was closed and bed and pillow had blood on it like it was never changed. I dont mean just a drop of blood either
