  : perfect location, parking, clean rooms
  : but very strange receptionist. We came 20:30 with 7 yo kid after 14 hours drive , but have being asked to fill and sign a lot of papers, then she said - your are with kid, so our free breakfast offer is not for you. It' s for adult only and for kid you have to pay extra evan if you booked for 2. Nothing was mentioned while booking, Next answer was even more strange me: where is nearest 24/7 pharmacy ? she: I do not k ow , please go to internet ( we have spoken on reception )

  : Comfortable bedsPleasant staff Nice locationLots of small things that are usually presented in 4 starts hotels like shower caps, toothbrush and etc. It’s really better than in pictures. This hotel is European level, but cheaper :)
  : Pictures of a bathroom with shower curtain looked a little scary for me. But in reality it’s absolutely no problem.

  : It has all the comfort facilities . Best location in town. Friendly staff.
  : The walls are not soundproof. I could hear my neighbors children crying a lot of times.They should bring the lunch box to your room. But they suggested we go to reception and take it there. Other hotels dont normally work like that

  : The staff was a bit rude and they never greeted us when we would enter the hotel or even tried to look to see who was entering. BESIDES, the first day they asked us to LEAVE OUR PASSPORTS with them for the whole night so that they could scan all the pages or our passports. I’m not sure if a hotel has a right to scan all the pages of my passport. So, though I was tired, I had to wait for about an hour for the receptionist to scan our 3 passports and give them back to us. Another thing was when I was making a reservation there was no information that we need es to he vaccinated or a covid test (a new one for each day) to enter the hotel restaurant. I just got that information the day before our arrival. So, I had to cancel our breakfast however they didn’t fully reduce the breakfast amount.
