  : The location was perfect, my room was quite comfortable and clean, though it was very noisy as the window was facing the street. The maid was very kind and helpful.
  : First thing I didn`t like was the staff at the reception. They absolutely neglected the information about my checking out the day earlier and I have to pay the whole amount for the 10-th of October, though I told them that I would leave on October the 9-th at 11-30 (I arrived to Rostov-on-Done to take part in the funeral ceremony, the procedure of which was changed under the circumstances which were beyond my control). I informed the girl at the reception desk about the purpose of my coming while checking in procedure.Second thing that really disappointed me was the breakfast - it was the meanest thing I have ever come across: you can order either one! sausage or an omelet! One was prohibited to touch their coffee machine (probable they were afraid that some of their clients might drink 2! cups of coffee). Whenever somebody was nearing to a coffee machine an elderly lady in an apron rushed from the kitchen and stand between the client and the machine crying that she would do a drink herself. No butter, no jam, etc.Frustrating experience!

  : Upgrading was very well done. Very clean. Although English was a problem they used Google translate.
  : Didn't understand Bacon and Eggs on toast. No toast only bread and bacon was cut into little pieces. Would suggest the cook googled photos of what B& E should look like.
