  : This was the ONLY room available on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. My past bad experience suggested I should pass, but I decided to give it another try.
  : We came in late Sunday, didn't get to bed till after midnight. At 5am, there were 3 children yelling, screaming, and running around. I tried to ignore it, thinking their parents would rein them in. By 6am, I had had enough. I called the front desk to complain. The clerk said, " I'm looking at the monitor. There aren't any kids running in the hall ", then she hung up on me! I walked to the hallway and listened. The ruckus was coming for the room next door. I banged on the door and told the kids to quiet down. I tried to get back to sleep, but the front desk clerk called to tell me I shouldn't be rude by banging on the door! I went downstairs to ask her name, but she refused. She said I could have her manager's name. I decided to end our visit, since I wasn't getting any rest. A quick shower and we would be on our way. But after trying to warm up the shower, I realized there was NO HOT WATER! The perfect way to end a perfectly miserable trip. If you have an alternative, USE IT!

  : Room was in disrepair and dirty. Loud guests and drugs. No amenities at all and still blaming covid. Should not be charged full price for half service and comfort.

  : There was not a breakfast.Coffee was horrible.The card won't open access doors.They say because of kids.It showed a pool.I get there and I was told it's closed for maintenance. IVE seen this before.Lies

  : I was assisted at check-in by the manager and I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure she was helping us get the best room for us. I feel like this hotel had great value for the location and the fact that we could all share a room and have our pets with us. The room was clean and we had no problems!
  : The dog 'potty' area is pretty minimal. I feel like this location could be so much better if they would take that little patch and make it more presentable, starting with some weed control (sticker plants especially need to go) and a bigger footprint.
