  : It’s cheap.
  : The property manager is very unprofessional. I have stayed at this motel multiple times as I’m in Wisconsin working and never was charged a security deposit by ANY of the staff not even by her in the beginning! All of a sudden she claimed to have been charging me a security deposit on top of what I’m paying for the room, which I paid, and was told I would be getting it back after check out. I checked out and days had passed by and I didn’t receive my security deposit until I filed a claim with my bank after I had already contacted her about it before I did that! I went back this week to get a room and she proceeds to try to confront me about why I disputed it with my bank, obviously I disputed with my bank because it was never held as a security deposit on your end you charged me 124 dollars for a room that was only 78 and thought you would get away with it. I’ve stayed at hotels that charged security deposits and it will show you where the money is held and pending in your account and then returned. It wasn’t pending I was charged! And I was refunded meaning I was CHARGED! And she only refunded after my bank stepped in. Then she proceeds to lie like everybody charged me security deposit and got mad when I told her no it’s only you! Charging a deposit for an old run down motel is crazy! Scamming at its finest!

  : Not to mention she’s always sleeping at work i woyld stand around at the front desk waiting on her or having to call the phone to get her to come get me checked in. Wears her pajamas to work! Unprofessional!
