  : The room was good and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town (next to the tower where Joan of Arc was imprisoned) and there was paid for parking underneath the hotel - although this was a bit limited and required fairly substantial manoeuvering to get into any of the spaces. Staff were very helpful.
  : We used the restaurant on our first night but on our second night, there was a very noisy group of people in the restaurant/bar who made it impossible for anybody else to use the place. The staff were not particularly happy about this group's behaviour either but apparently management considered them more important than the rest of the customers so they were allowed to do what they wanted. There are lots of places nearby where you can eat.

  : Good location. Comfortable and modern city hotel. The reception was well staffed with multi lingual staff.
  : Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings which was not explained to us when we checked in. It would be better if the restaurant opened on Sundays and closed on one of the week day evenings when all of the other city eateries would be open.

  : The breakfast service was fabulous with such a great choice of breakfast foods. Our room was a superior room but pretty standard size and facilities.
  : A better size and design of room as felt like a glorified premier inn room albeit with a fabulous large shower and mini bar.,

  : The location was great. The overall feel of hotel and outdoor terrace is nice. The front desk was always helpful and friendly. I had a great facial at the Thalgo spa and the staff were very professional and nice.
  : We were in 315 and a Jr Suite. The AC barely worked. The room was hot when we arrived so we closed all the drapery and left 2nd key in the slot to try to cool off the room while we were exploring the city. Unfortunately, the housekeeper pulled it out after she cleaned so the room was warm and they opened all the drapery. I called to front desk to tell housekeeping to leave the drapery closed but they took the key out again so room again not cool but better because 2nd day they kept the drapery closed. The third day we came back to find the drapery open and the key not just taken out but the housekeeper took it with them. We had to get another key. The room had sound proofing issues and we could hear everything from outside on terrace and also the people above us who moved furniture around a lot or somehow were very loud. The hallways had a weird smell and sometimes smelled like old fish possibly from the restaurant. We had lunch at the restaurant and it is just average. Not terrible but not great. The parking garage is tiny and the rental barely fit and almost got stuck trying to go down to the next level down. You need a compact or small suv to park in it. We had 2 take 2 spaces to fit the larger suv which was a BMW X5. Don't plan to park in it if you have a vehicle similiar in size.

  : The location is in the city center with nice view, nice breakfast and reception staff
  : I got a problem when I tried to drive out of the parking garage, it took me 10 minute because the stupid parking system.
