  : Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was brilliant, bathroom was large and if you like very hot showers it was good, unfortunately I dont and even after turning the water temperature down as low as possible it barely affected the the temperature of the water.The avocado and poached eggs on toast was very good apparently. The staff were lovely for the most part.
  : Wardrobe was ridiculously short and couldn't hang our dresses up plus there were only 3 hangers. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. At £200 on average per night there were only 4 choices on the menu. The cereal was boring and had to wait for waiter/ess to ask for milk, there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt. The full English was good except for the eggs. The scrambled eggs were horrid, definitely not freshly prepared as they were grey on the bottom. Only had sour dough bread which I hate and no other option for toast which was ridiculous. Went to have a croissant but they had all gone, I could wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to buy and heat more but that was not convenient for neither the rest of my party nor myself. They had also run out of maple syrup. This was very poor considering the price of the room. Plus ordered Irish coffees Thursday evening but they were cold when they eventually arrived.Room 1 had no remote control for TV, it was requested 3 times but never arrived. Finally was charged for drinks on my bill which had been paid for by someone else. Hoping for a refund shortly.

  : The location was good with easy free parking. The room was only up a flight on stairs and it was very large. The breakfast was really good & the staff couldn’t do enough for you.
  : There wasn’t enough coathangers, the blind in the bathroom didn’t open but minor things really.

  : The staff were very friendly
  : The rooms differed quite a lot. We had 6 rooms booked for a wedding and they were all very different (quality aswell) but this was not reflected in the price. Some were overpriced whereas some were good value.

  : Staff were excellent. Had a small issue with our room at first, which was sorted out quickly, in a friendly and efficient manner. (Thank you!) Breakfast was tasty and a good portion size. We had lunch too and the food was delicious. Enjoyed the bar. Good parking.
  : Can be expensive, but we got a good deal for our stay.
