  : On my arrival reception staff was professional and after passing me a key to the room where I found couple issues they were very quick to help with my request and offered another room.
  : Hotel a bit dated, rooms need a bit of refurb and better clean. They should be checked before arrival to make sure everything works properly.

  : It was good value for the money. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
  : You could see, that hotel could you some investment in new equipment. Some stuff in bathroom was either broken or loose (shower head holder for example). Cleanliness of the room could be improved. It was not dirty, but not perfectly clean either (shower for example).

  : Check-In was very friendly and quick (but really only in times between 14:00 and 16:00??? I anyway arrived at 15:30) - room very spacious and with a big corridor between room and bathroom
  : No elevator at all (!) - we were given a room at the end of the hotel in the highest floor - a torture with our heavy luggage and no elevator - noisy neighbours (seems to have been a party - is the hotel staff checking this?) - too hard beds
