  : swimming pool, outside area and location
  : no wardrobes, very expensive for what it was. Two en -suite bathrooms were nice but it was a huge problem for us that there was not a separate bathroom/ toilet for the third bedroom (one of the best rooms). It made the holiday awkward for the third couple. One bedroom only had a curtain and no door!! Not acceptable for such an expensive villa.

  : Good location nearby center Soller, nice swimmingpool, great view from the garden, spacious garden nice master bedroom.
  : Toilet seats were broken, appartment was not clean, kitchen not very wel equiped, lounge beds at the pool were unconfrotable because they were old, only one very small beach umbrella, bedrooms besides master bedroom were either small or too hot (no airconditioning).

  : Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Sller town. The pool area and views of the mountains are wonderful. The owners were quick to help sort any issues we had. The house is well-equipped to make for a comfortable stay.
  : Communication with the owners could be improved. For example, the security deposit needed to be paid in cash upon arrival but this was never told to us despite me both emailing and whatsapping the owners. The two bathrooms are both en-suite which was awkward for the people in the third (non en-suite) bedroom.

  : This is such a missed opportunity because the location is excellent and the building has so much potential. The outside area including pool was good.
  : The house was filthy. The hosts didn't care.In response to a review in Sept 2022 complaining about a loose toilet seat and an unclean house, the hosts have responded with the following - "We regret that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. The property is cleaned thoroughly before every guest, and the the agency can be called back upon request from the owner.The toilet seat has been checked, and it is not broken, only the screw connection had loosened."We arrived on Saturday and on Monday the host's Mother had to come to the property to deal with a mess after a storm. We told her the house was filthy, showed her the evidence and showed her the loose toilet seat. She couldn't fix the seat, wiped one surface with a cloth, washed out the fridge drawers under an outside tap and that was it. So we followed with a mail to the host at 11.46, with pictures, complaining about the seat and telling her the house needed cleaned top to bottom. Her response arrived at 20.37 and was as follows "The man to fix the toilet has come to the house twice and has found it closed. He will come today at 9.00 p.m." The toilet seat was never fixed and the house remained filthy. We didn't hear from the host again.The claim that the house is cleaned thoroughly is laughable.On our second day (Sunday) there was a storm and the swimming pool was filled with debris. The proposal was that the pool man would clear it out on the following Saturday (two days before we were leaving) - the idea that this is considered acceptable when we paid over 4,000 for two people for nine days is very telling.The fittings and furniture are either old, cheap or both. The single beds are a nested pair available on Amazon for 150.You do not get the use of the full property pictured, it is split into two, you get the ground and first floor. Of the 7 windows in the front of the house, only 4 belong to the property advertised.
