: The view from the balcony is incredible! I found very convenient to have a shop literally next to the building. The area is full of restaurants and all the ones I tried have been very good.
: The rubbish facilities where not very clear to reach and some people left the rubbish in the communal areas.

: The apartment was amazing! I will definitly come back when I come again to Madeira. The view was amazing and it was very clean. You have many shops nearby and what i also liked, was the washmachine in the kitchen, because we was 3 woman on the trip and we had much loundry.
: Maybe a bigger couch/sofa that can be a bed, because for tall people is the couch to small!

: lovely location, and Vitor who let us in the property was polite and helpful
: Kitchen was left dirty, handles falling off from windows, brown stained towels, but this would be nothing compared to the fact that the property was advertised and rented out for 3 people, stating it had a sofa bed. upon arrival we were left with a small sofa (NOT sofa bed), and not the same as in the picture. Landlord kept calling us stupid and liars, and refused to acknowledge the fact that the property has only one double bed to sleep on. We gave more them ample time for booking.com to try to resolve this, however they were not helpful and just wanted to delay. We had no other choice then to leave the property on the 2nd day (we booked 6 nights), and look for alternative place to stay. We are shocked how this could have happened and that booking.com were unable to resolve this nor they have agreed to refund us the money.

: Clean. Spacious bedroom and living room. Sea view.
: Far from Funchal centre.Small bathroom and the shower wasn't clean enough.Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons for 4 nights stay.
