  : We experienced a better service than we have ever experienced before. The staff helped us with so many questions and abnormal requests, and they found solutions to any needs we had. For this reason I would gladly stay again at this hotel.

  : So many positives, I will do my best to list them.The staff, every single one of them was great. Some right characters, but they all genuinely couldn't do enough to look after us. Even with Covid 19 forcing the resort closure as we left they had smiles and were still a joy to spend time with. The shuttle service is what really makes the location work, and work well. Door to door service way beyond the advertised times. One night we stayed out having a beer, we got a taxi back and we were told off by the receptionist for not calling to ask for the shuttle. Its an easy walk in shoes but boots and skis it is doable but not easy. Shuttle is a godsend. Rooms and areas were immaculate and for the price I thought the bathroom was exceptionally well fitted out. Free car park across the street. Boot room is good, no stairs just three steps to the shuttle. We all said we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. In fact we made a pact with some other guests to go the same time next year in support of the hotel and staff after the present horrible events. For the price we thought Panorama Landhaus was the best we have experienced. Even the hotel drinks were good value. Ah one more thing. My friends boots were taken by another guest one day by mistake. The hotel arranged a hire pair for free for him and the driver would take him there and then drop him to whichever lift station we were nearest to to meet up.
  : I almost feel bad saying this as the staff were exceptional but the food was a little hit and miss. Breakfast was fine. The evening meal we had some really nice food at times and so so food at times. No one went hungry though.
