  : Our room was spacious and had a newly renovated bathroom. We found a fan in the wardrobe which was much appreciated as it was a warm day/evening. Being able to park over the road was very convenient. We decided to eat in the restaurant in the evening and were very impressed with the meal and the staff.There was a very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet and once again the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I returned to the area.

  : Never ever again!! Room was dirty... pubic hair on the bathroom walls and on the toilet. Not enough towels...bed wasn't made for 2... the room that I book over booking wasn't the room we got!!! I am very very upset. This hotel is nothing I can say good about... never never again!!!

  : The room was so old and smell old, the floor was dirty and windows covered with red dirt blanket .the bathroom the same thing and I could not take my bath because the sink was not flowing. Also the sink was shaking so I ran out never went back there till I left in morning not bothering myself to wait for breakfast time which starts by 6am. The lady that gave me the key couldnt greet me or even look at me in face to see if I have any question. While try to be nice then I asked if I could order some food? After the she answered. I lost my appetite. So Pferd Pizza from outside.

  : It was a great place they are not used to English but they are accommodating,we struggled understanding the menu but watched the dishes coming out to other diners. The restaurant was full and our choices proved excellent

  : Nearly yo town center & parking.
  : When we arrived 3 staff were busy behind the bar/reception. I said we had a reservation one girl was looking on the computer then gave us a key card . No hello or welcome. We were taken though a door into a large hallway which had dirty paint on the wall . The girl pointed to a door breakfast 7-10am. Then point up some stairs saying go left. Well it was maze of halls & steps eventually we found our room. Then the key card was a strange system but again we finally got in. The bed only had a mattress protector stretched over the mattress it was full of holes . & didnt even fit . I went to tell the staff but the restaurant was very busy she said someone would come & look and change/make it in alittle while that was 7pm at 10.30 pm no one had come we went to bed as we had traveled 8 hours . I went to open the curtain & window at 8pm to find it was one big balcony and 2 people sat right outside our bedroom glass door smoking& drinking . So we couldnt open the curtain or window or cigarette smoke would have come in the widow and no privacy. The curtain were very thin and not the same length At 1,40 am I was woken with drunks talking very Loud & laughing slamming doors but that wasnt the worse at 2am I hear people talking loud then our room door rattling as if they were try to open the door . I jumped out of bed just as they. Were opening our door. I shout wrong door wrong door & push it closed . How can someone strange open our door with there key card ???. Very scary .Breakfast was in a dark room with one young friendly girl . I told her everything that happened and she apologized & would tell the boss . It seems the restaurant is more important then then an paying guests . We will definitely not be going back or recommending his hotel Very disappointed.
