: Very quick and easy to collect the keys and the staff if Popcorn helped us to book a taxi and answered a few questions we had during our stay.
: Instructions about general things such as needing to buy the pre-paid orange rubbish bags and how to use the safe would have been helpful. Some different pillows would have also been welcome.

: Where to start. I booked With a family of 5 with a baby and elderly Woman. When i paid this much money i was Expecting Schale like the name Chalet Sunshine it was an apartment there where others leaving 1st floor. My biggest problem was we Had a trip of 3.5 hours arrived late almost mid night. We had so many bags & stuff to carry. I was always contacting receptionist about what time i am arriving and on emails and on phone conversation never told us i need to go to Another hotel to pick The keys. On booking.com saw Key needs to be picked up POPCORN hotel. When you read it it seems right next to each other. No its absolutely 30 minutes walking from Chalet Sunshine you cant drive a car you need to take a electrical taxi which costs 25CHF one way. Conclusion if i am paying For a high price A HOUSE. I expect to receive Right way of treatment, i am a guest i except the Receptionist to be at Booked location and not telling me Come to reception in another Hotel called POPCORN.
: Do not book this Hotel thus is not A chalet, if you are a BackPacker then go and book it. But if you are with a family and have kids DO NOT but DO NOT BOOK this HOUSE. For this high price you can get 5 star treatment from another Hotel.They say No smoking in side but saw cigaret bud on one of the leather single seat and shared bathroom 1 of the towel had A stain.
