  : There where people running around in the parking lot having water fights and yelling past midnight.. there was noise above us and to the side of us in rooms.. the air conditioner louvers where missing so when you lay in the bed it's blowing right on you.

  : I felt very secure because a key card was needed to access the wing of the building my room was located in. I was on the second floor, and thankfully there was an elevator. The room's door was solid and had a beefy deadbolt as well as a secondary security device to prevent unwanted break-in attempts. The A/C kept the room very comfortable on a 108F day. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom appeared to be updated recently. Good insulation in the walls. The place was very quiet. I could not hear anyone else's toilet flushing or shower running. There was good water pressure, and the water temperature made it so that I could enjoy taking my shower. For breakfast, it was easy enough to walk across the parking lot to the IHOP right on the property corner. Very convenient.
  : The hotel changed ownership as well as the name of the property to the Midwestern Hotel earlier in the week, so that made the check-in process take a lot longer because the desk employee had to reinput all of my information to the new system. One of the bolts on the toilet seat and cover was broken, so it made it a challenge to get it to stand on its own without my needing to hold it upright. The electrical outlets on the side dresser were a bit loose. A couple of times, I had to adjust my charger cord to ensure that my phone was being recharged.
